Esseco supplies sulfites and carbonates that are manufactured under strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) conditions in order to meet the most current requirements for food customers.  Furthermore, we utilize third party audits to insure compliance with the requirements of FSSC 22000 and Kosher Parve.  Our approach to the food industry is to provide the highest quality product available from FDA registered manufacturing sites.  Our sulfites are used as a food additives, preservatives, antioxidants, and anti-microbial agents.  Our (bi)carbonates are used as food levening agents and PH adjusters.
